How you will make a difference

As a Digital Marketing Channels Tester you will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by being the guardian of our software's (channels and platforms) excellence, ensuring flawless experiences for our users making positive impact possible worldwide.

As a part of your daily tasks:

• You will plan and develop test strategies and test plans for each new release or change and work with the development team to continuously improve testing processes and tools.
• You will conduct a variety of tests to ensure that the software functions and customer facing elements are displayed as intended.
• You will analyse test results on errors or bugs, and usability, and report defects to the product owner and development team.
• You will ensure that the software and channels comply with relevant standards and regulations, such as accessibility standards or data privacy laws.
• You will also provide timely and effective functional support, teaming up with the support specialist.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

• previous experience in analysing and testing customer experiences
• proven experience with identifying and resolving defects in the software
• practice in working with analytical/tag manager tooling, content management systems and campaign management systems such as Piwik Pro, Bloomreach Experience Manager and Marigold (formally Selligent) Engagement platform.
• knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript/SQL (as a plus)

Your future colleagues

The Tester Digital Marketing Channels is part of the Marketing Department and reports to the Head of Marketing. You are working closely together with the product owner, support specialist and all other commercial colleagues inside and outside the international marketing community of Triodos Bank.
