Currently, in the Product and Process Management Department, we are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team of 12 analysts. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the business and the IT organization, ensuring business needs and priorities are understood, articulated, and translated into actionable IT requirements. You will also be responsible for assessing and analysing the impact of changes to business processes or products, supporting decision-making, and driving successful change across the organization.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘change finance to finance change’, by forming the bridge between the Business and the IT organization. In this role, you will:

  • Gather and document business requirements and communicate them to the IT organization.
  • Assess the impact of product and process changes on the business contributing to the prioritization of improvements within various IT teams’ backlogs.
  • Analyze changes and problems and propose business solutions, supporting your recommendations with clear business cases.
  • Collaborate with the IT organization on IT solutions, accept deliverables, and support their implementation across the organization.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar functions
  • proven experience working in an Agile environment
  • good command of English and Dutch
  • knowledge of the Belgian market is preferred
  • knowledge of Investments or Payments is preferred

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Business Analysis and cooperate closely with our Product Managers, Product Owners, Scrum teams, Customer Services and your Business Analysis colleagues.

The Product and Process Management team currently consists of Product Managers for Payments and Savings, - Business Lending, -Investments and Mortgages, Project Managers, Process Analysts, CI-experts, first line risk coordination and Support and Business Analysts.
