Talent & EDI Lead

As our Talent & EDI Lead, you are responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of Talent Management and Equity, Diversity & Inclusion. How? By creating the optimal conditions for Talent Identification, Talent Development and Talent Retention. Next to that you are the sparring partner for the EDI officer driving the EDI approach and agenda. In this role you work closely together with the HR Director and the Executive Board with regards to Talent Management and succession planning for our (senior) leadership.

For HR this means a more central and integrated organization and better harmonized processes. The Talent & EDI Lead is part of the Centre of Expertise together with other needed expertise areas. All co-workers working within the divers Expertise centers will report to the Head of Centre of Expertise. For well-thought design, execution and implementation of the differentiated Talent Management strategy and EDI policy & agenda, you lead or are part of temporary (agile) multidisciplinary teams.  At the same time (local) HR consultants responsible for Talent Management and EDI will participate and take ownership in other projects as expert in their field. Profiel

What’s your focus:

  • Further develop and execute the Talent Management Strategy on content/policies, scope and processes fitting Triodos Strategy and mission.
  • Ensure Group wide consistent design, implementation, planning, communication & evaluations on Talent Management initiatives.
  • Safeguard right (leadership) development interventions on defined competencies and behaviors.
  • Responsible for aggregating data analysis on Talent scan, preparing and setting the agenda for the Talent Board meetings, follow up on outcomes and provide Talent Management steer information to the Supervisory Board, pro-actively and upon request.
  • Set up a succession planning structured approach across the Group for EB, EB+1 and EB+2 positions.

This is you:

  • Preferably a Bachelor or Master’s degree in HR, Economics, Business, Psychology or equivalent, backed by extensive relevant experience (> 8 years) in Talent Management & Development within an international organization.
  • Being the change agent and ‘go to’ person for Talent Management and sparring partner for EDI.
  • A seasoned stakeholder manager, used to collaborating with senior management.
  • Excellent project management & analytical (data) skills.
  • Fluent in English because we have a diverse workforce and international culture.
