Triodos Bank is growing rapidly in a demanding environment, where banking supervision and associated reporting requirements are changing rapidly. We are continuously working on improving reporting processes, analyses, and internal controls. Due to to the internal promotion of a co-worker we would like to bring on board a new Regulatory Reporting Specialist for a 32-40 hours per week.

The main goal of this position is to jointly take the regulatory reporting processes to a higher level and continuously adapt to the changing environment of the rapidly growing international Triodos headquarters.

With your knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements and experience with implementation processes, you report based on existing regulations in a timely and correct manner and at the same time ensure that also new regulations are implemented in a timely manner. You will be responsible for correctly processing new transactions and developments in accordance with relevant technical standards. You structure the processes from recording data to reporting in a smarter way and you give the quality of the internal control framework a boost. You are well able to identify where existing reporting processes can be improved. You communicate smoothly with other teams at the head office, such as Risk, IT and Finance, and with colleagues in the various international locations.

What will you bring

Furthermore, it is expected that you:

  • have a master's degree and at least 2- 5 years of work experience in the field of (implementation of) reporting in the financial sector or the accounting or consultancy field
  • have sound knowledge or understanding of internal control framework applied to Regulatory Reporting is a plus
  • communicate clearly regulatory reporting requirements and their practical application with discussion partners from various backgrounds
  • have good skills in writing; you record the translation of regulatory requirements, the description of reporting processes, procedures, and underlying data in a structured manner
  • feel at ease in a rapidly changing environment
  • are both a team player and someone who can work alone very well

As part of the Group Finance Department, the Regulatory Reporting team has five enthusiastic colleagues who are responsible for reporting to the supervisor DNB.
