For Know Your Customer & Financial Crime department this means moving towards an integrated organization design focused on uniform and efficient processes, single points of responsibility for the group, improve the quality of our processes and ensure continuity throughout the whole group. We are looking for a professional who is eager to join us as a KYC & FC Process Specialist.

Profiel

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by being responsible for KYC & FC related processes, reviewing deviations and implement improvements, while ensuring that these are aligned with group requirements.

Together with your team:

  • You will initiate the development of KYC & FC processes in a timely and efficient manner by defining & Setting up High Level process requirements and maintaining these requirements.
  • You will plan, coordinate, and consult with business, different project teams and relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the process design and direction and consult on implementation of processes ensuring process set up in an effective and timely manner.
  • You will provide insights to senior management and other relevant stakeholders on efficiency, process quality and customer satisfaction of operational processes (via KPI design and dashboards), by coordinating and keeping the overview of process measurements and initiatives thereof.
  • You will monitor and identify potential for Improvements related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and address these potential improvements to the relevant stakeholder(s).
  • You will report to management and relevant committees on process maturity/progress status (e.g. Reduction target on process improvement).
  • You will take ownership on the continuous review of processes and set up a process framework thereof.
  • You will set up and support (local) continuous improvement cycles by Acting as a mentor towards stakeholders, operational leadership to promote and encourage continuous process mindset.
  • You will initiate and lead group projects related to process improvement initiatives.
  • You will develop process standards and requirements by setting up a process maturity framework.

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

  • relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial industry
  • experience with process management, analysis, improvement and reporting
  • strong change management skills to drive broad collaboration with international stakeholders and bring vision regarding process maturing
  • experience with Operational Excellence (e.g. Lean Methodologies) and Continuous improvement
  • proficiency in English

Your future colleagues

The overall KYC & FC Centre of Expertise (CoE) is organised at Group level. You will work closely together with another Process specialist and report into the Team lead Procedures, Processes & Training. In your day-to-day work, you will cooperate with the other KYC & FC Specialists, Operations, IT, ORM, Legal and Compliance.
