To further improve professionalize HR reports and analyses, we need you to bring our HR data and reporting chain to the next level.

How you will make a difference

You will help us to ‘finance change to change finance’, by further developing a data-driven attitude within HR area. The essence of the role is to tactically and operationally improve the coherence between the different data flows and HR systems, as well as translating HR information needs into well organized and properly governed data processes.

During the past years some improvements have been made already. We now have a monthly data delivery from five different countries on our co-worker data, we have a data warehouse in place to structure and interpret our HR data and we use Qlik for our dashboarding. But further improvements on data quality, reporting and interpretation are needed. And then there’s also CSRD and the implementation of a new international HR system. Your role in this is key!

As a part of your daily tasks:

You structure, check, follow-up and report, together with one HR Data colleague, to several stakeholders within the group (HR senior management/ Executive and Supervisory Board / external report)
  • You will optimize and manage HR data processes at group level in accordance with data governance principles (DAMA DMBOK)
  • You will develop and run a robust data process for regular HR data reporting (including the annual report)
  • You will create value by making HR data accessible to stakeholders
  • You will take co-ownership in the development of a roadmap for the HR data- and reporting chain
  • You will internationally coordinate activities for improvement of the HR data- and reporting chain. Align with stakeholders, inside and outside the HR community
  • You will manage business demand, translate wishes into functional requirements and align the realization with internal or external suppliers

What you will bring

Your unique potential and your values matter for us most. We look for people who are self-aware and who think in a holistic way, always conscious about their impact on society, environment, and the economy.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • be able to influence and persuade local and groupwide stakeholders within HR and outside HR (senior and Executive management)
  • maintain integrity and honesty when handling HR data, given its sensitive nature
  • set focus and prioritize your work, together with a colleague
  • connect closely with HR colleagues across the Triodos group in all 5 countries

Furthermore, it is expected that you:

  • are a true number cruncher and are able to drill down into data quickly and thoroughly
  • have experience in business data analysis and reporting, preferably also with HR related data
  • are skilled in working with data visualization tools like KNIME and QlikSense
  • have an analytical mind, are well organized and hands-on
  • preferably bring previous experience as data expert/ steward, data governance specialist or a similar role in the field of data & reporting, preferably within an international HR context
  • have good communication skills, including a proficient level in English in both speaking and writing

Your future colleagues

You will be reporting directly to Head of HR Service Delivery and cooperate closely with your direct colleague, the other HR Data Expert. Also you will find close collaboration with our Data & Analytics team, who are responsible for our EDW and reporting tooling.

The broader HR team across Triodos Group consists of 50 co-workers in total. For our reporting purposes you will deal with the personal and HR related data of our full co-worker base of approximately 1,850 co-workers over five countries.
